  1. Order Cancellations (Physical Products)

Note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return under our Refund & Returns Policy.

  1. Digital Products / Downloads

All sales of digital products (e.g., downloads, licenses, software) are final and non-refundable, unless:

  • You were charged in error
  • The product was not delivered
  • A verified technical issue prevents access
